You must create an account to use LUMAMAP. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

LUMAMAP offers the following subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Pro and Agency plans are activated via license keys issued by LUMAMAP. License keys are:
Sharing license keys with unauthorized users will result in immediate account termination without refund.
You agree NOT to use LUMAMAP to:
LUMAMAP and all related technology, design, code, and branding are owned by A Bit Lavish LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
LUMAMAP is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Bit Lavish LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LUMAMAP, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Bit Lavish LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
